STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE (CHILLED)
BAHAN2:
250g x 2 Philadelphia Cream Cheese
400g Condensed Milk
2 3/4 tbs gelatin {larutkan dlm air panas 1/2 cup hot water }
2 tbs lemon juice
1 cup crushed biscuit
1/2 cup melted butter
CARA:
1.Campurkan biskut hancur tuh ngan melted butter then press kat base loyang utk cheesecake tuh. pastu masukkan dalam peti ais.
2.Dalam mixer bowl, pukul cream cheese sampai smooth.Then masukkan susu, gelatin (yg dah larut), lemon jus pukul lagi sampai sebati.
3.Masukkan adunan cheese tadi kedlm loyang biskut pastu masuk dlm esbok. Dlm 1-2 jam baru letak topping strawberry.
Tips: ** kek nih kena chill semalaman baru dia keras elok jek. ***utk topping tuh, larutkan skeet agar2 serbuk dan campurkan dgn starwberry filling tuh utk menghasilkan topping yg cantik (tak sememeh)
